THI pioneered the Leisure Park concept and were directly responsible for establishing Leisure as an acceptable investment medium for major financial institutions. Following the change in UK Planning emphasis towards town centres, THI has worked closely with major leisure operators to create innovative designs for multi-storey leisure schemes in restricted city centre locations, such as Luton, Edinburgh and Camberley.

THI have to date completed over twenty Leisure Parks, Urban Entertainment Centres and Retail Parks throughout the UK, Germany, Greece and Spain.

In addition, during the coming year, THI will continue to roll-out it’s development programme throughout the UK and Europe, including projects in Wales and Montenegro.

THI’s completed and current development programme totals around 240,000 m2 of leisure, entertainment and retail floor space, with an investment value of over € 680m.
