THI pioneered the Leisure Park concept and were directly responsible for establishing Leisure as an acceptable investment medium for major financial institutions. Following the change in UK Planning emphasis towards town centres, THI has worked closely with major leisure operators to create innovative designs for multi-storey leisure schemes in restricted city centre locations, such as Luton, Edinburgh and Camberley.

THI have to date completed over twenty Leisure Parks, Urban Entertainment Centres and Retail Parks throughout the UK, Germany, Greece and Spain.

We have recently been granted planning approval for a large mixed-use scheme in North Wales which will provide a Business Park, a Retail Village and a Family Leisure Park anchored with a multiplex cinema. In total this scheme will provide approximately 35,000 square meters of space and have a final investment value of £110m when it is completed in 2011.

Internationally we are currently involved in negotiations to secure development land in the Republic of Serbia and hope to start on site within the next year on a number of projects not yet ready to be disclosed to the market. This is in addition to the earlier foundations we have laid in Montenegro, under the sister company Eyes Abroad which specialises in the development of high end, five star luxury apartments in the area. We anticipate developing THI Serbia in the coming years ahead of the scheduled integration of the country into the EU and look forward to announcing upcoming projects in due course.
