Carl Lewis - Chief Executive

Carl is a principle shareholder and Chief Executive of THI UK with over €1.6 billion of completed development across Europe and a current secured UK development pipeline of €180 million. Carl has worked within the property sector for 35 years and contributes a wealth of experience across the full spectrum of leisure, retail, commercial and residential developments.

 

 

Garry Lewis - Commercial Director

Garry is a qualified professional with over 10 years acquisition and development experience across Europe. Garry benefits from having worked for a number of years with the other development team members and assumes a specialist role advising on development feasibility and deliverability.

 

 

David Evans - Projects Director

David has controlled the construction phase of various THI projects and is expert in delivering projects to the development team within agreed time and costs. International construction expertise gained across the UK, Spain, Germany and Nigeria spanning a career of 35 years helps THI implement best practice before construction starts.

 

 

Marcie Gale - Development Marketing & Communications Executive

Marcie Gale joined the company in 2006 having previously worked for Alfred McAlpine, now Carillion. Marcie is responsible for all internal and external Marketing and Communications related to our developments. Marcie also provides a support role to the directors of the group and assists with the delivery of our projects.
